We dispatch orders from New South Wales, Australia. Shipping costs for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, with tracking information where available. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used by pets, chewed, scratched, soiled, washed or damaged after delivery are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Please contact us before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
